Application Method

SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure the vehicle surface is clean, dry and free from oil, grease, rust, moisture or any surface defects before painting. Prepare the surface using suitable sandpaper, emery sheets or mechanical sanding tools to remove dirt, dust, old paint, rust, oxidation and other contaminants. Clean the surface thoroughly with a suitable cleaner and wipe dry.

PRECAUTIONS

  • Do not apply when ambient temperature is below 10°C or if it is likely to drop during application.
  • Do not apply in high humidity or damp conditions as it may affect drying and finish.
  • Do not over-thin the paint beyond recommended limits.
  • Ensure proper mixing and straining before use.
  • Stir tinted shades thoroughly after addition of colorants and before application.
  • Ensure the surface is completely dry and free from moisture before painting.
  • Use recommended tools and maintain proper spray pressure.
  • Avoid contamination of paint during application

  • Store containers tightly closed in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.
